Heart shaped cake moulds with chocolate ganache drizzle
Cut top of cake so that it is flat and decorate the bottom so crumbs don’t get mixed in the icing; spread with warm smooth apricot jam before icing so that it flows more easily plus the jam adds another flavor dimension.
Cookies and Biscuits
Use pretty cutters (heart shaped if you want to keep up the theme) with your favorite cookie recipe. Drizzle the top with melted chocolate to finish off.
